Hirak Doshi, Ph.D.

Applied Mathematics·Vision & Motion Estimation·Computational Neuroscience

I am an applied mathematician and computational researcher interested in understanding and solving problems in imaging. My work spans mathematical image processing, motion estimation, computer vision, computational neuroscience, and medical imaging, with a particular focus on diffusion MRI.

I am interested in developing computational methods that bring together mathematical modeling, variational and PDE-based approaches, and deep learning. Welcome to my website — I hope you enjoy exploring my research, teaching, projects, and some of the other things I work on.
